VP, Business Analysis
工作內容
  1. Driving regional projects.
  2. Actively support the projects that create values for the group including for IT, operation, sales and also for the projects across department and companies.
  3. Develop, review and implement projects to create competitive advantage of the business.
  4. Work with product team to coordinate product launch preparation job with all functions.
  5. Provide guidance and solution to business users to formulate the most effective and efficient business request on both IT and project management sides.
    Lead, liaise and co-ordinate the projects with all the stakeholders to meet the project scopes, time schedule and on budget.
  6. Focus on delivering customer driven solutions with high level of STP and minimize back-office requirement.
具備條件
  1. At least 8 years working experience in Life Insurance.
  2. Strong project management skill and IT knowledge.
  3. Communication skill and inter-personnel skill.
  4. Business sense and customer focus to meet the need of customers.
Underwriting Manager核保經理
工作內容
  1. To ensure prudent underwriting in the selection of mortality and morbidity of risks and ensure timely and accurate processing and dispatching of policy documents.
  2. To supervise and manage the admin support team to ensure the delivery of excellent service to all the intermediaries, policyowners and customer.
  3. To enhance new business processing efficiency and ensure operational processes are aligned with business objectives and HSBC internal control standards.
具備條件
  1. 8 years of underwriting experience with local qualification to approve new application.
  2. Ability to speak and write in English and Chinese.
  3. Good time management skill - Good Communication, planning and organizing skills.
  4. Able to work under challenging environment with tight timelines.
Actuarial Supervisor精算副理
工作內容
  1. Act as the risk coordinator for Corporate Actuarial.
  2. Monitoring investment risks to ensure that such risks are mitigated and managed properly.
    Management of the asset and liability matching of the insurance business.
  3. Local expertise in actuarial reporting.
  4. Preparation of SFAS 40 implementation.
具備條件
  1. At least 5 years working experience in Corporate Actuarial.
  2. Familiar with actuarial software PROPHET.
  3. Pass preliminary SOA courses 4.English communication.
